Unable to reply to comments

  • When I try to reply to comments on my website dashboard I get the following message –
    403 Forbidden Forbidden You do not have permission to access this document. Web Server at realhealth4life.co.za

    Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

  • That sounds like a plugin or theme conflict, check with any JavaScript errors related in browser console & check in error log.

    Hi Suresh thanks for your reply. I’m a complete amateur at this so please be patient. I take it that you mean I should check for JS errors in my browser (I use Firefox) but I can find no error log, where do I look?

    Ctrl+Shift+J to open error console

    or use F12 to open Inspector, then select Console tab

    reload the page to refresh console messages
