Unable To Renew Listings

I am having difficulty manually renewing business listings.
When I select the listing that has expired, and click “Renew Listing”, it does not change the expiration date.
It then ‘re-expires’, sending another expiration notice to the user and moving the listing into draft status.
The only way I’ve been able to renew a listing is to manually change the expiration date.
