Unable to rename or delete (problem) folders

    I created a couple of folders with the title ‘What’s new’, it is adding “What/’s New” to the title.

    It looks like it is having problem with the apostrophe, which is ok with me. The problem is I am unable to rename them. I am getting error message, ‘unable to locate file’. Neither can I delete them, same error.

    I created a file without the apostrophe, because I didn’t want to take a chance on adding anything to that folder.

    Please advise.
