Unable to rename files in FTP after migration

We migrated a site with duplicator, but after migration the FTP permissions are now denied…

wp-content/plugins/elementorOFF: permission denied

migrating to: https://iguanafoundation.org/

i think there is an elementor issue, but we can’t rename the file to troubleshoot
this permission error is across all migrated files

any assistance would be greatly appreciated
