Unable to remove watermarks

    I am unable to remove watermarks. When I try to reset it just spins for hour. I have tried setting the Image dimensions to “0”.

    Thank you for posting your issue in our forum.
    Would you please,
    1- confirm if the plugin is updated to the latest version.
    2- Try to test this with only Photo gallery plugin enabled on the website to understand whether it is a conflict with another plugin, you can use the Health Check plugin to easily test this without affecting the live website
