Unable to remove these space above and below main navigation (twenty twelve)

Hello,

Using 2012 and have spacing issue can’t seem to resolve.

It’s for this site: https://www.hpiacademy.net, which does not show spacing issue because menu is hidden unless user is logged in.

Anyone provide some assistance? Trying to eliminate spacing above and below the main navigation.
