Unable to remove the imported file

After update on version 4.1.2 the importer cannot remove the imported file after processing the import.

If the import is in the next run yet, the same article is again stored as a new message (not as an upgrade). This occurs when the file was not deleted (see above), but also when no new import file is present.

After each run, the trigger will be erased and must be restarted with a cronjob. Before that, I just need to trigger the restart twice a day. Can this be?

Does anyone know any advice on how I can fix the error2?
