Unable to remove subscribers – marked as WordPress users

    I am unable to remove subscribers from my list because they are marked as WordPress users. But they do not show in the WP user list. Very frustrating as I cannot delete people when they request it.

  • Hey @cedricshaw,

    Have you tried to go to MailPoet > Lists and force sync the WordPress Users’ list?

    Is it possible that these users could be WooCommerce customers?

    Customers added to the WooCommerce Customers list can not be removed from this list or from the MailPoet plugin, unless you delete their order from the WooCommerce plugin. They can be marked as “Unsubscribed” though.

    They were added as a WooCommerce customer. Once I emptied the trash from WooCommerce, I was able to remove the subscriber. Thanks!
