Unable to remove “Moderate Comments” capability

  • Using Version 3.2.1. I am unable to remove moderate_comments” capability for Editor role. When the capability for Moderate Comments is set to deny, the user with that role still has full access to Comments. Is this simply a bug, or am I missing something? Thanks in advance for your kind help.
