Unable to register on your support site

Hi,

I’ve tried to register on your support-main site to ask some pre-sale questions for the premium version. I can use and complete the form, but it doesn’t send the registration email. It’s like a dead end and there is no other apparent way to get in touch…

The request I was trying to send was:

I have a couple of tasks that I believe ACF may be well suited to fulfilling for me, with or without other extensions, and I wonder if you can give me a little advice/help on them:

1) I need to have a custom post type which stores details of pets which are up for adoption. Instead of a normal archive-style listing we need one output (for a specific user type) which is in the form of a simple table, with (for example) Pet type, pet breed, pet name, location age and sex. Literally, a line listing with no images or anything else.

However, on the ‘Pets’ archive, we need to have dogs (pet type taxonomy) in one table, cats (pet type taxonomy) in another and so on. About 6 groups, probably. These tables need to be sortable by breed or location (custom meta fields).

A single archive page will show ALL posts of all type, so around 700 listings (average, variable over the year).

How would I best achieve this with ACF, or can I? Are there arny addons you would recommend using, either to create the tables, or other.

2) Following fromt he above, we will be working in conjunction with a national animal welfare group who want to be able to submit pet listings on a weekly basis. They told me that they normally ‘push’ the data to sites they feed (rescue database sites) and can supply the data as csv. I suppose this isn’t really an ACF issue but with more or less zero coding skills I cannot be sure either what their request entails, nor how to set a site up for it.

Is there a way for approved users to submit data to CPTs managed via ACF? Ideally, they want to be able to attach a value/field to a listing which says ‘Rehomed’ which we can then use to hide listings which are no longer valid but which were posted previously. This, I suspect is easy to deal with, but am not sure.

I know I could ask a custom coder to baffle me with **** but I’m hoping you have a suggestion relating to ACF that will resolve our needs, as this site is run out of our own pockets on a voluntary basis and we’re trying to get it sorted without undue expense.
