Unable to register new member

Did a conflict test, deactivated all but Ultimate Member plugin and switched to WordPress default theme. The issue still exists, unable to register new user at all. Please help. Thanks.

There is a new user in Users page in admin area? What is your version of the UM?

No new user is created in the back end.

UM version: 2.6.0

Try to disable WP Plugin cache and also web hosting server caching for the UM Pages.

Now I have made a successful registration at your site.
Try to clear your browser cache after you disabled your WP plugin caching.
