Unable to register: Error 500 after submitting CC info

  • Hello, I’m unable to complete the entire registration process successfully. After submitting the CC info I am given a http 500 error.

    I’m not redirected to the thank you page I have set in both the options and in the shortcode attribute. using [register redirect_page=’https://www.domain.com/thankyou’%5D

    SSL is setup correctly, stripe account appears to be setup correctly, the plan in stripe is created. I made sure to activate the premium version. I’m unsure what to check next. Could you help me? I’m willing to co-ordinate with you so that I can be available at your convenience to get this resolved.

    Hi kel,

    Thank you for letting us know. We definitely tested the Stripe integration when we released it. That being said, we’ll run some further tests to see if there is indeed an issue that has crept up, and, if necessary, release an update with any applicable corrections.

    Thank you for the reply. Any luck with reproducing the issue? Do you need anything from me? Has anyone else here gotten stripe integration working?
