Hi, I’ve transferred my site from one server to another and I’m unable to get SimpLy Gallery Block & Lightbox to regenerate media URL as I’ve uploaded my media on Digital Ocean Spaces and used the WP Offload Media Lite plugin which recreated the media URLs and my featured images are working fine, but any images inside the gallery are not updating to the new media URL, even after editing the post and clicking on the gallery block it loads in the new images with the new URL, and after updating the post, it still loads from the old non-existant URL.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,
the block can update information for the gallery element (modified URL) only by ID (attachment/post ID). This means that when you edit a block (in the admin panel), the block will make a request by attachmmets IDs from WP media library and then update the data for each element. When viewing a gallery on the frontend, the gallery does not make any requests and is completely static content so as not to increase the server load.

So, is there any way I can get this to work? or is there any other plugin you can recommend in this scenario?

What happens when you start editing these blocks in the admin panel (edit post)?

The images show up from the new source but when I update the changes with the new URL, it doesn’t work in the final post view, it still tries to pull in from the default server URL instead of the new Digital Ocean Spaces URL.

Are images displayed correctly in the admin panel (post editor)?

Yes, in the admin view, it’s working. But when I’m saving the changes to get the updated URL to show on the final page, it’s not working, It still tries to pull from my server’s wp-content, which kinda doesn’t exist anymore as all the files are on DO Spaces…

I cannot understand what is going on on your site, scripts in the 172.105.58.246 domain, but pictures on wpdo.sfo2.digitaloceanspaces.com. Write to the form, provide access and I’ll try to help. Otherwise it makes no sense.

when making global changes, it is very important to control the cache. Caching is a very important and difficult part of a website.
