Unable to receive complete form results

make sure you have the multistep tag on your last form too. something like [multistep "5-5"]

Hi,

Based on one of the tutorials on YouTube, I was using the tag [hidden step “1-5”] to [hidden step “5-5”] on each and every form. Will this work?

I tried using [multistep “1-5”] to [multistep “5-5”] on every form and now it says “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

Do you want me to send you the WordPress login credentials? If yes, then where as this forum doesn’t accept private messages.

The hidden step tag should still work. that’s the old way though.

I’m not sure what that error message is, it’s not from this plugin.

I don’t do on-site logins since this is a free plugin.

Make sure to add the tags from the previous steps on your Mail tab.

Sorry. I was getting that error message because I was testing the form with random data input and contact form 7 was considering the information as spam. That’s why it was not going to the second page. But when I entered proper information in the form, the error message was gone.

However, I’m still not able to receive complete form results. You can view all the 5 forms here. As you suggested, all the forms have got proper tags at the end of each form:

Could you post what is on your mail tab?
You should have something like:

email:
[your-email]

gender:
[menu-371]

city:
[text-471]
