Unable to rearrange menu structure

    Have setup a basic web site using the responsive theme, the menu structure cannot be rearranged. Drag and drop and using the feature to move up or down does not appear to work. I am trying rearrange the order that appears on the header of the web site, I am unfamiliar with code, I have so far used the plugins as supplied. Any help is appreciated. I am lost at present, something along the lines of all the gear and no idea

    Replying to myself is new for me. I could eventually see that the menus were appearing in alphabetic order, they would not change position. This progressive theme has worked faultlessly for about two weeks, it behaved in the fashion reported about two days ago. I changed the order by entering numbers as suggested on other forums from word press. This appears to work as needed. This website is the bare bones (Freebies)until there is work being sourced from the web site, after this happens, I will turn it all over to someone that knows word press (Pro) maybe.

    I will keep a check on the forums for update discussions, there is obviously some amazing work going on behind the scenes from the developers. Thanks to all for getting me as far as I am able at present.
