Unable to Read Manual Update from .htaccess

    I have followed the instructions on the settings page, and I initially tried using the automatic route, which didn’t work. I tried adding the code to the .htaccess file manually but it seems even after several refereshes it’s unable to detect it. I’m using DigitalOcean as a host and no CDN, I’m not sure if that matters.
