Unable to reach free settings

I am facing an issue with the website: https://staging.talisman-software.nl/.

The link to the “cookiebeleid” (cookie policy) on the popup screen appears to be outdated, and I am unable to modify the link through the settings. When checking the cookie policy settings, I noticed that it prompts me to purchase the premium add-on for this functionality. My primary goal is to update the location of the cookie policy link, and if that is not feasible, I would like to disable this particular section of the cookie popup screen.
