Unable to reach dropbox

    Folks:

    In the past I have paid for my connection to dropbox (for updraft use) twice as I have for my other two sites because of technical problems between updraft, dropbox and my sites.

    Now when I go to connect bulldogfetch.com to dropbox because of a disconnection again which I don’t understand, I get a page that says: This page isn’t working bulldogfetch.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500.

    Anyone have an idea about what I should do about this?

    One other point. I appear to be unable to load the latest backup.

    Hi Ken,

    A ‘500 error’ is a generic error code that indicates that ‘something’ has gone wrong on the server itself.

    You could contact your hosts/server admin and ask them to check the PHP error logs. The logs should contain further information on the exact error that is occurring.
