• I am converting my site to Block Editor and changing to use your PHP Everywhere but having many problems.
Most significant is that pages I have converted successfully I now cannot edit.
Depending how I try to edit them…
with Block Editor I get “There has been a critical error on your website. ”
    with Classic Editor I get a block starting “<!– wp:php-everywhere-block/php “code”:”JTNDaDElM0VDaGljaGVzdGVyJTIwQ3J1aXNlciUyMFJhY2luZyUyMENsdWIlMjBNZW1iZXJzaGlwJTIwVGFibGUlM0MlMkZoMSUzRSUwQSUzQyUzRnBocCUwQWRhdGVfZGVmYXVsdF90…

Can you advise as my pages are now not editable.

  • I have a similar problem. My PHP uses an include file in a subdirectory. I am getting an error message saying
<<function name>>: Failed opening directory <<subdirectory>> for reading

    The permissions are set correctly.
