Unable to put value in product price settings

Hi,
I am unable to put value in “price from” 2nd field on product price setting page. I see in inspect element and it is disabled there. Is there anything wrong i am doing?

One more thing: Only variation attributes are going to additional information(attributes) and specifications of a product on Aliexpress are going to description. Mi problema es que no me da acceso a poner las cantidades a incrementar, con lo cual no puedo importar ningun producto.
