unable to pull images through

    Hi for some reason images are not being pulled through from the RSS feed.
    I cannot see any media related info in the feed is there a way to get the images from the parent post?

    For this type of cases we have developed the Full Content addon that allows you to get the content and images directly from the sourcesite.

    You can take a look at its features in etruel.com.

    okay just purchased the Full Content extension from your site and installed but cannot see any of the options that this plugin should have, can you advise me on how to get the extension working.

    I am using this version of the plugin WPeMatico 2.3.5 Version

    Create a ticket in our support system to follow your case there and give you all the help you need.

    Also, please attach the Debug File from the plugin on the ticket.

    You can find it and download from your WordPress admin, WPeMatico, Settings, System Status tab ->Debug Info

    If you can include the campaigns logs by checking the checkbox field before download the debug file.
