Unable to publish my website

I have finish editing my website now I am trying to publish it with the new updates I made but it taking me to the same old website I had with my previous provider it should show me my new website not the old one I sigh up service with IONO I already contact them for help they try to help but was not able they told me they do not know what is the problem I should contact wordpress to solve the issue I need my website to publish with the new updates I made.
