unable to profile page field in about tab

    Hi,
    I have created a login & profile page using the ultimate member plugin
    so the problem I m facing is when I log in it redirect me to the profile page however when I land on the profile page I m unable to see

    form/field

    which I have created, but when I click on edit profile it shows
    me form /fields

    after that I have click on about tab its shows me mail id
    so please let me know how I can link profile form in profile page about tab section
