    Hi there, I’ve been dealing with this error for a few days now and it’s very frustrating as no one seems to be able to help me.

    I installed woocommerce on my website, I’m using elementor to build the site and I set up Stripe for the payments. I used woolentor to build the checkout page and Yay mail to customise my emails. Everything is connected correctly as I’ve been in contact with both Stripe and woolementor customer service.

    When I try to buy a product, I receive this error message “Unable to process this payment, please try again or use an alternative method.” However when in test mode everything seems to work just fine.

    I tried to deactivate all other plugins but the problem still persists. Can anyone help?

    However when in test mode everything seems to work just fine.

    This leads me to believe there is actually something happening with the payment method you’re testing with. If you go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe, do you have the debug logging enabled there? If you do not, please enable it and run another test (live) transaction. Then, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and see if there’s a log from Stripe there. It should give us more information about what’s happening.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
