    Hello
    When i use test mode checkout process is working fine but when i enable live mode it’s show this error message Unable to process this payment, please try again or use alternative method.

    When i check status log it will show test mode status perfectly with all details.But nothing show live mode status in status log.

    Is it live mode key issue or something else in there? How can i solve this.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    This is likely because you do not have an SSL cert. Would you mind copying and pasting your System Status Report into this thread so that I can check for you? You can find this by going to WooCommerce > Status > System Status > Get System Report in your WP-Admin dashboard.

    Please can you tell me how can i send you my site system log privately.

    I downloaded this plugin and it has been a nightmare. I have chatted four times with the Stripe people and they have been of no help. We have been fighting to get this plugin to work on my WordPress site for three days and nothing works. Very frustrating!

    I have used Stripe as payment gateway in woocommerce site. Before updating, it was working perfectly. But now after updating, it is displaying this message in backend “WooCommerce Stripe – We see that you had the “Require 3D secure when applicable” setting turned on. This setting is not available here anymore, because it is now replaced by Stripe Radar. You can learn more about it here.”

    My customers are unable to make the payment. I already have SSL certificate enabled. Kindly guide me ASAP.
