Unable to process submissions

Hello,

I’m trying to send a wp_remote_post() upon form submission. I’m using ‘af/form/submission’ to try to send the data with af_get_field() however it’s not doing anything. The form is still creating an entry, but it’s not doing anything else upon submission.
