Unable to process Stripe automated refunds

We only see the option for the manual refund, please check the image in the first message of this thread.

We don’t have the ‘automatic renewal’ option that we see in other WooCommerce sites.

Can you confirm that the payment is still complete on Stripe.com? Does this happen with every order that has the payment via Stripe credit card?

Also, can you confirm you have all the webhooks setup? https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#webhooks

The payment is in the status Succeeded
