I am having an issue processing refunds. I am getting the following error:

“An error occurred while attempting to create the refund using the payment gateway API.”

I just installed the latest version of the plugin and tried it again.. still not working.

    Error logs say the following:

“08-28-2022 @ 00:58:38 – There was an error trying sync products using the Catalog Batch API for job ********: Cannot create the API instance because the access token is missing.”

    Hi @mckenzieussery,

This error There was an error trying sync products using the Catalog Batch API should be unrelated to PayPal Payments.

But to learn more about what could be causing the refund error, please enable “Logging” in the plugin settings and then try again to issue the refund.

The plugin log files from today should then contain more details which help us better determine the cause for the error.
You can copy the log files from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.
You can then share it either here in the forums or privately with us from here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
When sending a private message, please include a link to this thread.
    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
