    Recently some of our clients began getting this error, “We are unable to process your order, please try again.” I setup a sandbox and ran a couple of tests without issue. Beyond that, I’m not sure how else to test the payment process. If this were a one off thing, I would chalk it up to temporary, but it has happened to multiple people over several days.

    thank you for reaching out to us, we’ll try to help you fix this.
    Can you check if you have the plugins’ logs and system report available for us?
    You can copy the logfiles from here:
    – WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
    – WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-integration-\[…\]” in the dropdown and click on view.
