Also, I have a different customer that is trying to order and it says, “Sorry it seems that there are no available payment methods for your location. please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

Is this only when using store credit? Free orders usually skip payment entirely. Post your system status report.

When it gives an error for alternate payment method, that is only when an order is free.

On the other issue of location payment method, they are using a MasterCard and are in Canada. We have payments allowed from all countries.

How are you doing pre-orders? Is it just a 0 priced product?

The product is $49.99 and their coupon store credit code is for $49.99 from an exchange they had from a previous order.

Could you make a 0 priced product and test the purchase of that. if that works, Store Credit may need a patch.

When I created a 0 priced product, the “Proceed to Checkout” button was not there on the cart screen.

Does disabling PayPal Express Gateway fix that? You may need to enable another payment method so something is available in the interim.

I am using the PayPal Express from WooThemes. That is currently our only method of payment that we have at the moment. We are looking into getting Stripe in the near future, but for now PayPal is our payment gateway.

As you know, that has options to disable regular checkout. If you can confirm regular checkout works when this is off for the free order, this will tell us where the problem is.

Yes, but if Express plugin is enabled, it may hide the button. Nothing else would.
