    Hi,

I recently updated to 1.1.7 and my customers have been having problems a checkout with Paypal. The cart redirects to Paypal page but with an error ‘Sorry – your last action could not be completed.

If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.

If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don’t use your browser’s Back button) and restart your activity.

If you came from PayPal’s website, click the PayPal logo in the upper-left-hand corner to return to our home page and restart your activity. You might have to log in again.

The Cart-Paypal process was working fine before this update.

    Hello,

We will test again the method, but that is strange as there are no
changes to the paypal method or any related code introduced to 1.1.7

    Hello again,

I think that the sanbox mode is activated from the method parameters.
    Try to turn it off.

Thanks! I turned off the debug option in Paypal payment details and everything working fine.

Cheers! to the your quick support and assistance.

OK, but how fix the problem – with the sandbox – for testing ?

Everything was OK with the sandbox before ?!?!

Previously it was off, only when I enabled it then the cart would proceed properly with Paypal

Just to be sure we are on the same page …

Actually for me, when “PayPal sandbox” is checked, the problem is there. But when is unchecked (without sandbox) – everything is OK !

So, how fix the problem – with the sandbox (checked) – for testing ?

    Hello,

You need to create proper sandbox accounts and use them for testing.

    Best Regards

Perfect ! Everything works fine now – thanks !
