    Hi,

Paypal express is not consistently working when my clients want to pay with debit or credit cards. They receive a red notice at the top saying they should contact their bank…I have tried it myself and had the same problem.

Please let me know if you need more details.

Yes de error is displayed After filling all the debit or credit card information, clicking on the option that you you do not want a paypal account, click continue and it throws this info in red at the top. Hi @marysoloaire,

Since the error message is displayed on the PayPal page it seems like this is a PayPal generated error. Can you please try contacting the PayPal support team?

I’m also getting this message but for a client in Canada, and we’re a US based store. Would that have any impact? Or is this still a Paypal issue & not necessarily a plugin issue. We also noticed on the Canadian checkout that the Pay Later button is missing.

    Hi @crazydrake,

As we have already mentioned, it is better that you check it with the PayPal support team. They will be able to direct you correctly even if it is an account issue or country-based restriction.

As for Pay Later, it is not available in Canada yet. Please see the PayPal doc here for a list of countries that each payment gateway supports.
