UNABLE TO PRINT THAI CHARACTERS USING CLOUD PRINT PLUG-IN

  • We are using Cloud print plugin for our e-commerce website which is currently live for the customer. However, while initiating kitchen receipt print we are unable to get THAI character along side English characters for Menu items. This is one of the important need of the customer as Kitchen staff is unable to understand the English characters many time from the order.

    We are using star Macronics printer as a output device.

    We’ve tried fixing this at our end but no luck so far.

    @sarangghawde What printer are you using? If you’re using the mC-Print or TSP650II. You might want to check the Text Encoding setting within the plugin settings. We recommend using UTF-8.
