    Hi @legalaffair,

We are not able to replicate the issue referring to the screenshot shared. The error message “there was a problem printing the page. Please try again” is typically caused by various factors such as:

    1. Browser Issue: The mobile browser you’re using might have trouble handling the print request. This can happen if the browser is outdated or lacks necessary permissions.
    2. Network or Permission Issue: If the page requires special permissions or is blocked due to a network issue, printing may fail.
    3. Printer Compatibility: The printer setup on your mobile device might not be configured properly, or the mobile device might not be connecting to the printer correctly.

    Solutions:

    1. Try Another Browser: Use a different mobile browser to see if the issue persists.
    2. Clear Cache and Cookies: Clear the browser cache and cookies, then try printing again.
    3. Restart Your Device/Browser: Sometimes a quick restart of your browser or device can solve printing issues.
    4. Update Browser/OS: Make sure both your browser and operating system are up to date.

We cannot confirm whether the issue is related to the plugin. If you are still experiencing issues, please let us know the browser and the version that you are using to understand your system environment.

We are having the exact same problem. Works fine from desktop, not from mobile. Tested both on android (Pixel 8) and iphone. Used chrome on Pixel and Safari on iphone.

However, it works fine from Firefox on Pixel. I have asked my iphone user to test another browser, but that might be to technical for her.

Clearing cache/cookies did not help. My phone and apps are always updated.

Rebooting the device did not help. So it seems you have an issue with chrome and/or safari on mobile devices.
