Unable to preview post

Hello, I’m learning how to use WordPress. I installed it correctly though, now I’m trying to make a new test post Posts>Add New and after Clicking publish, i dont get any errors so when I click on View Post I get an Object Not Found Message. Any suggestions? The permalink is:
