I don’t use any payment gateway—Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only payment option available for my customers.

The issue seems to be occurring only on desktop browsers, while orders placed via mobile work perfectly and get completed without any problems.

I contacted the Hostinger Support Center, and they mentioned that this issue is being caused by the WooCommerce plugin. They confirmed that it’s a problem with the plugin itself. Could you please help me resolve this and let me know how I can fix it?

Thank you for the clarification. I checked your website and tested the checkout process on my desktop browser. I also encountered the error. However, I noticed that the “Ship to a different address” option is missing, which suggests that your checkout page may have been modified.

Could you share a screenshot of your shipping settings by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Settings? Additionally, please provide your system status report from WooCommerce > Status > Get Report > Copy for support so I can better understand your setup.
