We can successfully Switch To a users (well, most of us can – I am still logged in as “me” even when I switch, but that’s a whole different issue), but when we get to the users Orders and click “pay”, we get a “No Results Found” page.

I have tried creating the order and then logging in fully as that user and I can pay without issue, so it’s something with the Switch User plugin.

Any thoughts? I could only find one other person with the issue, but it was resolved when they moved from a play ground site to a live site. That’s not my issue. We are live.

Also, we are unable to disable any other plugins. We’ve got everything else working properly currently, so I can’t start deactivating plugins to test if there’s a conflict.

Does the same problem occur on your test site? If not, I would look into the difference between that and your live site.

At its core, User Switching just swaps out your browser cookies for ones that are valid for the user you’re switching to. I suspect you may have a plugin installed on your site which performs other actions when a user logs in, that aren’t occurring when you switch between users.

I would try deactivating your other plugins one by one on your test site to see if you can get to the bottom of the problem.

Hey. So, we are live. We are not running a test site. I said that the only other forum post I could find with the same problem had the problem on a test site.

We’re running a training site that people are using nearly 24/7, so I’m not sure if there will ever be a good time to deactivate plugins one at a time. I guess we’ll give it a go. Or maybe we’ll just try the Shop as Customer for WooCommerce plugin instead.

In that case your best bet is to spend some time setting up a test site that is a clone of your production site. It’ll save you headaches in the long run!
