Unable to parse response

  • When I am trying to download PDF from Ipad or Iphone I get a ‘cannot parse response’ error. Interestingly, I can preview the PDF but I can’t download it.

    I too have been having that problem. Seems to crop up on Apple devices of any kind.

    Can you tell us who your hosting provider is?

    The thing I *think* it might be to do with is how the hosting serves up HTTP/1.1 vs HTTP2. It took a lot of digging around and testing and I think this is what it is to do with.

    I have done some basic tests by installing a test version of my site on to a completely different host and it seems to resolve it. So now I am working on transferring the production site over.
