    Thanks for the wonderful plugin.

I want to override templates/search/geo-unit.php template . I tried overriding it reading the tutorial provided for using templates, but it’s not working. I tried other template files too, none of them are working (my changes are not reflecting).

    Please provide a solution.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Apologies that you’re having this issue. If you switch to the default WP theme, are you still having this problem?

Yeah, I checked switching to default theme (twentyseventeen) but it didn’t worked. I also checked it by disabling all other plugins.

Can post the file location you’re using?

I am using Boss theme and path to override templates is
    /wp-content/themes/boss-child/events-manager/templates/search/geo-units.php.

Is there any way I can change content of this file??

    Try using this path instead:

    /wp-content/themes/boss-child/plugins/events-manager/templates/search/geo-units.php.

    Hi, thanks for your response.
I tried this path and it worked for me. Also I checked in my parent theme, there is a plugins folder.
But there is no reference to use plugins folder in tutorial. why??

There are there two references to this, along with a screenshot, in the tutorial below. If you’re looking at something else, let us know and we can get it corrected.
