    Hi,

Are you aware of any issues upon updating to WooCommerce v5.6.0 where on pre-existing sites it becomes difficult to open /wp-admin/users.php. The Database upgrade routine doesn’t seem to help. We have a multisite install with around 200 sites and all sites that had WooCommerce installed prior to v5.6.0 are unable to open users.php. It hangs – timeout 504. If I enable the plugin on a new blog in the same instance of the installation all is normal and OK. Seems like a possible backwards compatibility issue?

I am attempting to discover the root cause using debug mode but in the meantime if you know of anything that could be causing this please let me know.

    Shane ??

I have debugged as far as I can go. In debug mode the users.php will just about load taking 28 seconds. It fails completely with debug disabled. There are no PHP warnings and all of the 78 DB queries took a respectable 0.1 seconds to execute. So I have a bug that delays the use of a page by 28 seconds yet leaves no errors in PHP or DB.

    Any ideas welcome.

I did a quick search and there is no such issue being reported.

Could you please try conflict testing, and the issue persists? Also it’s worth cloning the site and try to debug on a staging site.

If you’re able to consistently reproduce the issue with WooCommerce alone, I’d suggest you to report the issue with steps on how to reproduce it on our WooCommerce repo.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

I did a quick search and there is no such issue being reported.

If you have no further reports of this I’m happy to conclude we have an internal system issue (that’s unique to us), rather than a bug so I’ll resolve this ticket. ?

Your reply was helpful. Thanks for responding so quickly.
