unable to open website/wordpress

    i am unable to open website
    theme is creating some issues , when i disable the theme from my hosting panel . i can access the wordpress.
    I told this thing about my hosting providor , he said theme has some issues , he said something like theme script takes more than 30 seconds (didnt understand what he is trying to say )
    I told him that theme has good ratings , maybe some hosting fault , but he kept saying that script has issues.
    What should i do? i have gone so far in this theme !
    I dont want to do all things again
    Help

    Did he say what “theme script” takes more then 30 seconds? who is your hosting provider?
    What is your max memory? Max execution time? in your php settings?

    Have you tried deactivating other plugins?

    yes he said script takes more than 30 seconds .thats why you are unable to open website.
    I tried to deactivate all the plugins , since then i am unable to open the website
    So i reinstalled the theme ,
    it is working fine now .
    But i think that this will happen again

    Hey, so what script is taking 30 seconds? There are tons of scripts in a theme or plugin. Knowing which one would allow me to help more.

    Sir,
    He talked about theme script ,
    & yes it happened again . i have to deactivate my plugins and again activate them to customize my site.
    Earlier You told me about wordpress php memory , i increased to 64MB
    But still facing issues ,

    You still haven’t said what script?? I don’t know how to help if you keep saying “theme script” I would need to know what script was causing an issue on your server to know if I can help you. I do suggest increasing the php memory and execution time. But also it can really depend on how many plugins you have installed. Can you also tell me what plugins your using?

    Yesterday i was using easy google fonts , (I dont know if it makes sense or not ) , if i add more than 5 google font control , customization page doesnt open , as soon as i delete the 6th google font control , customization opens.
    I tried deactivating the plugin ! customization works fine after that.

    Based on what your saying with easy google fonts and because you have as many plugins running as you do on a value host you need to really increase your php settings. You need to get your max memory above 100mb and your max execution time above 600s and your max input vars doubled.

    Your asking a lot of a value hosting company to run a site with the need for that much computing. I suggest you contact them and have them increase the php settings and see if there is anything else you can to do make the server run better.
