    Hi there!
I’m the admin for my site but when I try to open WF’s LOGIN SECURITY OPTION page
    ……/admin.php?page=WFLS#top#settings
    I get the following error

“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    I’m using Wordfence Version 7.3.1

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Thanks!!

    Cheers!

  • Hi @crib,

What version of Wordfence are you using? How are you opening the Login Security Options Page? (Which menu items are you pressing?)

    Hi Dave,
    I’m using Wordfence Version 7.3.1

wordfence > all options > LOGIN SECURITY OPTION button

    Hi again,

I think during the update, some files may not have been updated causing the dashboard to show the new WFLS page, but that page doesn’t exist.

If I visit that URL on an old version of Wordfence, I get the same error message.

For this reason, can you try uninstalling, and installing Wordfence again?

Hi! I am using Wordfence version 7.4.0, and on my other sites this version has the login security page, but this site does not: https://scrapmetalprocessors.com

I go to Wordfence > All Options > Login Security button and get a message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin but I still can’t access that page. Appreciate any help. Thank you

I am also facing the same error, i uninstalled and installed again the plugin, still facing same error on login security options page “you are not allowed to access this apge”.
