Unable to open ips.php

    This seems to be a file permissions issue, please make sure this file has the correct user owner/group with write permission, also try to get in contact with your web host to make sure they didn’t block this file for any reason and confirm that this file has write permission on your server.

    How do I got about doing the above, please?

    You can make sure of that by connecting to your website via FTP using any FTP client (FileZilla for example) then navigate to this file location and notice the (Owner/Group) as in this screenshot.

    Confirm with your hosting provider that these (Owner/Group) are the same as your web server ones.
