• Unable to manage subscribers – views not reliable. So many problems, where do I start? Unless this is resolved I will not be using this any more. My WordPress and plugins are all updated and I’m on PHP 7.3 … but it looks like MailPoet backend admin programming is a mess – the following do not work – pages never refresh and I give up!

Does not work: search email address gives no results > refresh > still nothing ?!
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailpoet-subscribers#/

Does not work: click Trash (35) lists nothing > refresh > list shows ?!
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailpoet-subscribers#/page[1]/sort_by[created_at]/sort_order[desc]/group[trash]

Does not work: button to Empty Trash > refresh > still nothing ?!

Does not work: Trash > select all subscribers > click Delete Permanently > overlay but nothing happens > refresh > still nothing ?!

  • Hi @robert_itman,

Are you referring to subscribers added to the WordPress Users list?

If so, please note these subscribers can’t be deleted from the plugin. They should be removed as Users from the WordPress dashboard.

If these are regular subscribers, this looks like an issue on your database.

Please contact our Support team via email so we can investigate it further.
