Unable to make plugin work on custom post

  • Hello,

    The toc correctly appears on the page but when we click on it, we go on top of the page.

    Its like anchors are not generetaded on this page who is a custom post type.

    Do i need to enable something on custom post ?

    Hi, Sorry for the inconvenience caused you. Can you please share the screenshots of the TOC dashboard settings setup along with which version are you using currently? So that we will inspect the issue and assist you in fixing the issue accordingly to resolve it.

    Here the screenshot of my global settings. Nothing is enabled directly on the page and i use the shortcode to insert the toc. It work correctly on other page, for exemple this one : https://www.yupwego.com/fr/blog/idees-voyage/que-faire-en-croatie

    Hi, Thank you for sharing. Can you please kindly check once if it’s due to any plugin conflict? If possible kindly please check once by deactivating the active plugins one by one on your site and let us know back if any plugin is conflicting. So that we will analyze the issue and assist you accordingly in fixing the issue ASAP!

    I have the same issue. The plugin works on a regular post type but not a custom post type.

    I noticed that the anchor tag isn’t being added to the headings of the custom post type. Any ideas what type of conflicts I should look for…javascript?
