Unable to make memes or add backgrounds with latest WP update

Btw, when I view https://www.darkmeme.com with Firefox the page keeps on reloading by itself. Chrome works fine. Maybe some plugin conflicts?

I’ve removed the bit of Timthumb code, and no change in behavior. I’m not entirely sure how timthumb would affect anything in WP though, it’s not being loaded through a plugin, it’s a stand alone bit of code that you give the url of an image to and it gives a thumbnail back.

Hm. There’s gotta be something else then. If the meme gets created and stored on the server but can’t be displayed properly it means that there is something with database connection. It’s most probably plugin conflicts or theme conflicts.

OK, I installed a fresh copy of WP and it looks like it’s a plugin conflict, this can be marked as resolved while I figure out which plugin in being bratty.

tgiokdi you was able to fix this, can you please share with us what did you do to fix? I am havoing this issue. Thank you

it was a conflicting plugin, I put it off on it’s own install and it’s working fine now
