Unable to Make Label for International Order

    This was something I wasn’t expecting to be a problem, but hope it’s an easy fix. I’ve been able to make shipping labels just fine via the plugin for my “domestic” orders. I recently took my business international and got my first order from Australia, only to learn there’s no menu for Shipping Labels in my sidebar for the order. Is this a premium feature, a bug, or something else I might’ve done incorrectly? Any insight appreciated.

    Hi,

    Do let us know if you’re using the premium version or the free version of the plugin since the print label feature is available only with the premium version.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
