Unable to make changes to main navigation menu

I have also contacted support for both Elementor and Zita, however, it is taking a while to reply

1. I don’t see any topic started by you on both Zita or Business Zita support forums, as far I can see!

2. Since Elementor Pro is commercial product and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

Thank you for your reply.

I contacted Zita’s support team via email and received a response from a person named Shivam whom responded in one sentence telling me that Zita pro comes with the ability to modify typography and asked me to check the Zita documents. Unfortunately, I do not have the premium version and have asked if the ONLY way I am able to modify the navigation menu, in its most basic ways, is to buy the premium version. I have not received a response yet. I did look for their forums to post there, however, when I go to their help and support page, the options available are to check their documents, pre-sale query or technical query. I did not find any forums listed so I decided to submit a ticket and that’s when Shivam reached out.

I purchased Elementor Pro and one of the perks of that is obtaining help from their support team, however, when I emailed the Elementor Pro team, they responded with an email indicating they had forwarded my request to their technical support team and that I should receive a response from them, however, it has been 4 days since I got that response and I have not heard from them yet.

I am just going to find a different template to work with. I don’t understand why I have to pay premium to change something as basic as the location and spacing of the navigation menus. I am not trying to do anything fancy here, simply adjust it so it doesn’t push down on the entire page.
