Unable To Login..Please Help!

My site https://www.mydomain.org was just restored to a previous point by my host as it was showing many errors. But now I’m unable to login to my Admin Panel (www.mydomain.org/wp-admin).

It won’t accept my username, password, or email (to reset the password). I contacted my host who told me to refer to this post, where you go to your myPHP and make a new login acct:

After going through each step and rechecking multiple times I’m still unable to login. Can someone please help me on how I can regain access to my Admin Panel. I think I’ve been hacked.
