Unable to login two factor authentication

Hi there,
I can’t log in using my two factor authentication because no code is being sent to my phone.
It’s been working perfectly fine up until today. I’ve also gone to the ‘re-send two factor authentication’ page and tried gateway #1-4 with no success.
I’ve submitted support ticket #5011 and have not been able to log in to my blog for over 6 hours now waiting for a response.
Please help.
